Lakes Cross Country
Summer training has begun. We will be meeting behind Lakes on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Tuesday and Thursday runs will be at 9:30 AM and will include time in the weight room. Wednesday runs are at 5:00 PM.
We will be adding more maps to our training routes page. This allows our athletes to have a better idea of how far and fast they ran. We use them to help plan our athletes training and keep track of where they are running, which is quite helpful with a large team.
